• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required

The Shift Supervisor is a key leadership role at Wing Snob. You'll oversee daily operations, manage a team of 8–15 staff members, ensure food quality and safety standards, and deliver a seamless dining experience from open to close.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food service
• ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills
• Ability to manage inventory and daily cash reconciliation

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Help spread the Wing Snob love across the United States. We're looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Coordinator to manage our social channels, run local promotions, and grow the wingsnob brand online and in-store.

• 2+ years experience in social media or digital marketing
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools
• Strong writing skills and a feel for brand voice
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Ads Manager
